Persevering and hard-working, Chamika Bandara is one of our long-standing employees. Having joined the LOLC Group sixteen years ago, in 1999, as a Customer Service Assistant, Chamika has steadily developed his skills over the years and moved up the ranks. Throughout his career, he has been focused in meeting his goals, interested in taking up learning opportunities, displayed leadership qualities, but, above all, staunchly upheld integrity and professionalism as advocated by our corporate values.
Today, Chamika is the designated Zonal Manager responsible for the overall micro credit operations in the Western Province. He has hundred and twenty three staff members under his wing.
